1) Our Role

YachtsForYou acts as a concierge/booking facilitator and marketing platform. Yacht charters and onboard services may be delivered by third-party operators, crews, and suppliers. Availability, specifications, and final pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

2) Enquiries & Quotes

• Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing.
• Photos and descriptions are for guidance; layouts and finishes can vary by yacht and season.
• We may request additional details (date, duration, guest count, route, preferences) to propose suitable options.

3) Booking, Payments & Deposits

Booking terms (including deposits, payment schedule, and what’s included) vary by operator and will be shared before confirmation. Your booking is not secured until we confirm it in writing.

4) Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the operator and season (including peak dates and major events). The applicable policy will be provided with your booking confirmation.

5) Guest Conduct & Safety

• Guests must follow crew instructions and all safety requirements.
• Operators may refuse service or terminate a charter for unsafe, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• You are responsible for ensuring your party complies with applicable laws and marina/operator rules.

6) Weather & Force Majeure

Routes and schedules may change due to weather, sea conditions, port authority restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control. Where possible, alternatives will be offered in line with the operator’s policy.

7) Intellectual Property

Website content (text, design, and branding) is owned by YachtsForYou or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written consent.

8) Disclaimer

We provide the website and information on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YachtsForYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Charter delivery, vessel operation, and onboard safety remain the responsibility of the operating party.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
